Hemp Oil Properties

Oil derived from hemp seeds is still a rather unusual product. What are the benefits and harms of hemp oil – a topical question for those who are going to try it for the first time. The product is produced in two standard ways for any vegetable oil – cold or hot pressing. This means that the hemp seeds are pressed, during which useful oil is extracted from them. Cold-pressing contains more valuable properties, as all vitamins and trace elements remain in their entirety. The product of the hot-pressing is not harmful – but its value is also low.

In addition, the product can be cleaned and untreated. Hemp seed oil, which is not free of peel before pressing, tastes slightly bitter and has a pronounced dark green color. The purified product is lighter, tastes much gentler and has a light nutty touch.

The demand for the product is not only due to its pleasant taste – the unique properties are also important.

There are also unique properties in the composition:

  • the most important polyunsaturated fats – Omega-3, 6 and 9;
  • antioxidants that help cleanse the body;
  • acids – stearic, linoleic, palmitic;
  • minerals – phosphorus and magnesium, calcium and manganese, zinc and iron;
  • tannins;
  • wide group of vitamins – E, A, C, D and K;
  • chlorophyll;
  • a wide range of B vitamins – B6, B3, B2 and B1.

The caloric value of the product is very high – as many as 899 calories per serving of 100 g. But since it is usually consumed very little, 1 – 2 spoons a day, the nutritional value is markedly reduced. So hemp flower pre rolls can be considered an excellent option for continuous use.

Valuable properties of the product have a beneficial effect on virtually all body systems.

Useful qualities are expressed in the fact that the oil:

  • Effectively protects against cancer and generally strengthens the immune system;
  • improves the heart and blood vessels, thereby preventing the occurrence of strokes and heart attacks;
  • has a mild analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, helps with wound healing;
  • removes toxic substances from the body without allowing the toxins to harm, relieves swelling and stimulates healthy bowel function;
  • normalizes the pressure;
  • helps well with skin irritations, both internal and external.

Benefits

The benefit of the product for women is that it helps to balance the menstrual cycle and cope with failures, as well as relieves pain and swelling during the period. During pregnancy, the valuable properties of the product strengthen the developing organism of the fetus, and during lactation, the butter can increase the production of breast milk.

The benefit for the stronger sex is that the regular intake increases potency and libido. In addition, men after 50 years of age are very prone to developing tumours of the prostate and urinary tract – oil becomes an effective cancer prevention. The use of hemp oil for the human body makes it very valuable for children – the product promotes bone and muscle development, provides the body with fatty acids. And most importantly, squeezing is fully digested, so even in small amounts replaces a full vitamin complex.

You can offer a useful product to your child as early as 6 months, together with the first “feed” – but only a few drops. If a negative reaction does not follow, the volume can be gradually increased and by 1 year of life to 1 teaspoon per day. Since the child’s body is especially fragile and it is very easy to damage it, even the use of useful oil should be coordinated with a pediatrician. Despite the increased caloric value, the useful product is a great way to get rid of excess pounds – if you use it a little, no more than 2 tablespoons daily. Minimal doses will not harm the figure. Wringing the hemp accelerates metabolism, removes slags and eliminates swelling – respectively, and the weight is reduced faster.
