Linda Hogan, Hulk’s Ex-Wife, Pins Down the Price of Her Simi Valley Estate

While her ex-husband, Hulk Hogan, aka Terry Gene Bollea, has been entangled in a lengthy, embarrassing, and ultimately lucrative lawsuit, Linda Hogan has been sitting pretty in a Simi Valley estate. She bought the place for $3.5 million in 2010 after the couple’s contentious divorce.

But the curvaceous 57-year-old appears to have grown restless. She made considerable improvements and upgrades on the 23.63-acre property and had it on and off the market since 2015, starting at $5.5 million and recently reducing it to $4.5 million.

The estate, called Villa de Montagna, is a lot for one person to handle. Located north of Los Angeles in Ventura County, it includes a 2,000-tree avocado orchard, producing vineyards, a nature preserve, manicured lawns, and a one-acre lake stocked with koi, catfish, and turtles.t sits atop a hill and offers views of the city, the surrounding mountains, and the adjacent golf course of the Wood Ranch Country Club.

The grounds also include an award-winning infinity-edge pool with fountains, waterfalls, and waterslides. There’s also a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse with a loft-style bedroom, a bathroom, and a family room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

The Tuscan-style villa was built in 2005, but Hogan added stone walls, stone fireplaces, carved wood details, and coffered ceilings. Impressive features include a turret-shaped foyer with an antique chandelier imported from France, a wine room, a six-car garage, and an elaborate master suite with a large balcony with custom iron railings. The listing says it has four bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

Hogan entered the national spotlight in 2005, on the reality show “Hogan Knows Best,” which was about domestic life with the larger-than-life grappler. The show ran for a couple of seasons, and then Hogan filed for divorce from the Hulkster in 2009.

Since then, Hogan has been in the spotlight for her relationship with her much younger boyfriend, Charley Hill, who proposed to her on an episode of the VH1 reality series “Couples Therapy.” The couple have since split.

Hogan was in the national spotlight earlier this year, making a tearful statement about her bitter feelings regarding her ex-husband. She said he didn’t deserve the large settlement he was awarded by a Florida jury for the publishing of footage from a sex tape. He has since settled with Gawker for $31 million.
